Testimonials

I feel all of us would agree that it is a worthwhile retreat that helps us tremendously with our own wellness journey and looking forward to the next retreat. I’d strongly recommend beginners or practitioners who need to fine tune their practices.

As a first timer to a wellness, yoga and fitness Retreat program, it was difficult to imagine it in advance. The classes we had in meditation, breathing techniques, yoga, fitness, and mindfulness were very good, Prema and Vincent are excellent instructors. Prema is a fantastic yoga/meditation teacher correcting your technique and explaining theory behind different poses as well as the philosophy. We also received a book she wrote on the subject which is called Yoga Sutras for Busy Minds, A Beginner's Guide to Yoga Philosophy (available on Amazon). Vincent had many presentations and lectures on important subjects, all aimed at improving your well being.
After the 7-day Retreat, it felt like the reset button had been pressed. The staff in the Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi Resort were all kind and helpful, and the Retreat Meals was very healthy and delicious. All together a wonderful experience to focus on yourself and to check priorities in your own life. The whole surroundings of the Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi Resort is very impressive and well taken care of. If you need new energy, to get out of your demanding everyday life, the Retreat offered by Vincent and Prema is the place to go to prioritize yourself. Thank you both.

I was impressed with her meditation techniques and instructions, which could greatly benefit experienced meditators like myself, in my opinion. However, I noticed that the course also had some beginners and they didn't find it difficult to follow her instructions to meditate. She managed to clarify all the questions we had in great detail about the techniques which we could easily adjust and practice on the spot.
I can attest that if you are curious about trying meditation or you are an experienced meditator open to trying new approaches to make real progress, Prema is the person who can guide you through according to your needs and you will find inner peace you may not know about that exists in you.

Practicality, for me, is always spelt with a capital “P”. Like a good engineer, you stuck to verifiable facts. You linked each technique to a clear explanation of how the breath and the body interact to produce greater calm. Each lecture was carefully balanced with techniques, cautions, and useful drills. During the full day 2nd session, you started the class with the preliminary body postures and counting techniques, then built up our breathing and mental capacity to the powerful Square Breathing, and then finished the session with the gentle Cotton Ball Breathing. You are right that the “magic” lies in the pauses between inhaling and exhaling. As we felt the harmonizing effects of the actual practices in class, it gave us confidence to continue the practices on our own.
You keep the science of breathing simple. “We don’t breathe air, we breathe energy”. No feel-good verbiage. Just cool-clear information. That restraint gave your classes a cutting edge. I highly recommend everyone to the video recording of your 1st session on your website, which is carefully packed with techniques and drills.
