Online 45-min group class – Sunday, 27th of August 2023 (8pm, GMT +7)

Welcome!  Look forward to meeting you in this fun and effective yoga class where you will learn the applications of Yoga and Meditation, especially in the areas of more energy, better concentration, and more mental clarity.

While private classes are ideal learning platforms, group learning is fun and supportive at a different level.  The group classes are meant to be interactive, where students could ask questions and share their insights. It is a great way to meet other like-minded students and learn from each other.

Please register in advance for this meeting. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing Zoom link, ID and Password for joining the meeting.
